As soon as a talent meta emerges we will show the standard cookie cutter build here. Our requirement will be for everyone to use a optimal talent set.
Duties is how we communicate what we expect from each player on a more granular level to make sure we are all on the same page. It also serves as an opportunity to bridge knowledge gaps where a player might be mechanically great at the game but have for whatever reason missed a certain aspect of the game.

Keep your Annihilator axe with you at all times. When assigned actively use it on bosses in raid until 3 stacks, then switch to your normal weapon.
Simulate Gear
You need to actively sim your gear and upgrades, don't blindly follow BIS lists! wowsims.com/classic is the landing page for classic simulations.
At our level of play addons are essential for success and the ones listed below are mandatory. We have made choices of which addons to use such as BigWigs and not DBM, why? We want everyone to have the same addons to have a easier time troubleshooting what went wrong and there just isn't enough time in the day for us to learn new addons on a whim.
