Everything listed is bare minimum and non-negotiable and should be maintained in all raids always. You are allowed to use things that replaces the below on the one condition that those things SIM better or is objectively better for the given situation then the ones listed below.

Racials in WoW Forever are being continually tuned by Blizzard to be unique but close to equal to each other. Below we list the top 2 choices, however we strongly encourage you to pick race based on visual preference as they are very close on racials in general.
We require all our raiders to be fully consumed in raids, to ensure we have the best possible opportunity to push content. The below amounts should be read as the minimum requirements and the initiative to actively use consumables is placed on the raider themselves.

The gear listed here is the minimum acceptable standard with the listed gear being this classes pre-bis. Enchants listed below are always required and should be maintained on all gear pieces regardless of quality.

Nova Raid Companion
Configure Nova Raid Companion to show essential info such as healer mana, interupts and more. Also use Nova Raid Companion actively in raid to figure out who to buff (if buffing class).

Faerie Fire
Keep uptime on faerie fire as close to 100% as possible on both trash and bosses.

You need to have Decursive setup and be familier with it. You should actively remove harmful effects during raid on both trash and bosses.
At our level of play addons are essential for success and the ones listed below are mandatory. We have made choices of which addons to use such as BigWigs and not DBM, why? We want everyone to have the same addons to have a easier time troubleshooting what went wrong and there just isn't enough time in the day for us to learn new addons on a whim.
